Hijung Valentina Shin

Valentina is a research scientist at Adobe. Her current research focuses on developing interaction tools and techniques for audio and visual media. She loves to build tools to support creative experiences and study how people use these tools. She finished her Ph.D. in computer science at the Graphics Group at MIT CSAIL with Fredo Durand. Her thesis focused on novel interaction techniques for navigating and manipulating audio and videos. She was an undergraduate at Princeton University, where she completed her B.S.E. in computer science. Visit her personal site here.
